Each cottage is unique and often reflects the mindset, lifestyle and personality of the owners. The Cottage Coquelicots (Poppies), at Nérac, offers a peaceful environment in the countryside in the "pays d’Albret" territory south of the Lot-et-Garonne country. It was built in 2012 and opened in early August 2013.
It is named after an embankment bordering the accessing path covered by poppies in spring.
Located 3 km south from the city center of Nérac, on the slopes, the cottage has a beautiful view over the Baïse valley, the Landes forest, cultivated hills with colorful fields and over the Pyrenees mountains by clear weather.
The calm environment is conducive to rest and relaxation. You can spend the evenings on the terrace hearing the sound of crickets and observing the night sky on clear nights.
The cottage is labeled "Gites de France 3 épis".
